Decent Hotel, Some Issues
beautiful villarude stafffireplace smell
The villa itself was very beautiful.
Our villa had several cockroaches during the first night. I counted three. The smell of smoke from the fireplace was persistent and unpleasant. The staff was rude, and they claimed ALL villas have cockroaches because the hotel is a farm.

the pool area was pretty. i counted three pools, however only one pool was heated. the staff changed the bedding from feathers to synthetic when i asked. it was something i needed.
the location was not ideal. i had a 20-30 mins to all the booked activities or restaurants. breakfast and lunch was not good and food was not reflective of a 5 hotel. the shower pressure was so high, it can be used to wash car.

amazingly peaceful villarefreshing bird songprivate garden
the villa we booked, (villa 1), was amazingly peaceful! i really loved the bird song each morning (so refreshing!). we spent most of our time relaxing in the private garden, enjoying the sun or shade.
housekeeping wasn't consistent and sometimes forgot to replace items we used.
